User meetup locations are verifiable through the app map. You can see the person you are meeting with in real time and get a push notification as soon they arrive at the confirmed location.You have the peace of mind of knowing who, where, and when you are meeting with in-app live updates.

Insured Items

All items are required to have a security deposit and are insured up to $3,000.

Sometimes things do not go as planned… but we do everything in our power to make it right. If a claim is initiated due to a damaged or lost item, the request immediately gets escalated to our investigation department. Within 24 hours, you will receive a case number via email or text for your reference. Full refunds are issued to the lending party within 14 business days once a decision has been issued.

Credit Card Security

Your information is just that…YOUR INFORMATION and nTrust keeps it that way.nTrust does not store your actual personal credit card information. The company has established a strategic partnership with one of the largest merchant processing companies in the world called Stripe. This allows each transaction to be as secure as possible.

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

Trust is LITERALLY in our name! nTrust is a community-oriented platform powered by its users. Trust, respect, and kindness are values that drive this community. Any user that does not follow community guidelines will be immediately banned from the platform. If someone breaks the law, the user will not only be banned, but reported to the authorities.

Item Standard Check

All items have specific guidelines that are mandatory for lenders. nTrust verifies user listings to ensure all items are in good standing. In the event an item does not meet these standards, the listing is removed, and the lender is notified. Please contact nTrust if you suspect a listing does not meet the community item standards.
